Legacy combo of Panama Red, Acapulco Gold, Thai, and Afghani landraces. Approx. 70% indica, 30% sativa.

This legacy strain from the 1900s is a special reserve kept pure. Exact lineage is not exactly known, though legend has it that Acapulco Gold, Panama Red, Thai Stick and Afghani were combined to create this legendary strain. This strain has approximately 70% sativa and 30 indica. The Maui growers (including us) combined the best of tall plants capable of handling the wet Hana rainforest as well as the dry Upcountry areas of Kula and Ulupalakua. When grown well these plants can attain tall heights with colas the size of a man’s arm, called “donkey dongs” by the old-timers.
