Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you want to return seeds for a full refund then you may return them in their original, unused, and unopened packaging within 14 days of your receipt of them. Please send the items back via recorded delivery as we will not be able to issue a refund for lost or un-trackable items.

We are not responsible for seeds once they leave our facility because transport could expose the seeds to heat which could possibly sterilize the seeds. If you want a replacement guarantee then please notice that we need an additional $80 in packing and shipping so that we can send the seeds within a chilled container on faster shipping methods.
